Sally Arnold
Sally Arnold has had a distinguished musical and business career. She trained as a flautist with the New Zealand Symphony Orchestra and then continued her studies in Australia and the UK.
After playing with orchestras around the world she settled in Australia and became involved in performing arts management. This included six years with The Australian Ballet as Corporate Development Manger. The experience with the company, plus her work with the Victorian and NSW Institutes of Sport, made her aware of the difficulties faced by dancers, musicians and sports people who come to the end of their active careers at a relatively early age.
As a result she took three years out to study psychotherapy in Australia and the US and then returned to set up specific programs to assist performance artists to develop their careers for peak achievement.
These programs were so successful that they were adapted for the business world and led to the development of the Corporate Creative Directions method for businesses that want to fast-track their development potential.
